PRODUCT RECALL – Condoms of The Brands Billy Boy, Fromms

The condom brands Billy Boy and Fromms inform about a voluntary product recall of some batches of different articles / packages. Affected products can be returned and the purchase price will be refunded. All important information about this recall can be found here.

What happened?

Despite the most careful manufacturing and testing processes, these products may have suffered mechanical damage to individual condoms. This can lead to an impairment of the protective effect. The products must therefore not be used. There is no immediate risk to the safety or health of consumers.

The articles / packages in question were shipped to retailers between June and August 2019. The affected packages can be identified by the IDENT number on the packaging. One packaging may contain different types of condoms, but not all of them are affected. The condom types concerned can be identified by the LOT number on the individual packaging of the condom.

Only the items and batches listed are recalled. All other articles and batches of the brands Billy Boy or Fromms are not affected by this recall.
